A globally-acclaimed brand with 40+ years of proud Canadian heritage, Faces Canada is known for its premium, long-stay makeup and skincare products. Acquired by Purplle, the brand offers hypoallergenic and cruelty-free products that cater to all skin tones, types and ethnicities.
The Challenge
Faces Canada had a pre-existing website, but it was messy.
It was difficult to manage, and didn’t have the best user experience. We got down to business:
- The brand required a complete store migration from Magento to Shopify in 7 days. The hitch? Keeping all customer information intact— orders, customers, accounts, everything.
- Faces Canada wanted a smart, fraud-free store that would run multiple custom offers for users. The brand wanted to focus on upselling to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
- The team wanted a store where they could easily handle complexities and manage in-house inventory from.
- Considering the diverse range of products that suit all ethnicities, the brand wanted to add enhanced functionalities to help users find their product and make easy purchase decisions.
